When will I get my tickets?

Will-Call tickets

Will-call tickets will be held at the box office 1 hour prior to doors opening. Please be sure to bring the receipt you received at purchase along with a valid, government issued, photo ID to collect your ticket(s). If you need your receipt resent, write to our support team with your order number here.

Physical tickets

Physical tickets will be mailed to fans no later than 10 days prior to the date of the event. If you have not received your tickets within 72 hours of the show, please write to our support team with your order number here and we will get you sorted out.
