Topspin uses a third-party credit card processor (Global Collect), which specializes in card security. Any minor inconsistencies within the billing information or multiple attempts to purchase when access is denied can be recognized by our system as fraud. Please be sure the information entered is correct to prevent this from happening.
If you are sure that the information you have entered is correct, and your card continues to be declined, please submit a ticket with the following information so that we can further diagnose the issue:
- e-mail address used to purchase
- last 4 digits of your credit card
- first and lasst name used during purchase
Please note, it is not possible to ship physical merchandise to a country different than the country where the credit card was originally issued.
