If you have purchased digital media that contains more than one file, you will download a .zip file containing the entire package. Once the file has completed downloading, you will find it in your default download location. If you aren't sure where your default download folder is, you may find help here.

Before you are able to add your files to your media player's library, you will need to extract the files. To do this, please try the following:

1. Right-click on the .zip package, and select Extract All...

2. A window will appear, asking where you would like to extract your files. The default location is the same folder where the .zip package is located. Click Extract to begin the process.

3. A progress bar will appear once the process has begun.

4. Once the files have been extracted, they will appear in a folder, located in the same location as the original .zip file.

You will now be able to play your media by adding the unzipped files to the media player of your choice.
