Your receipt will show what type of tickets you have purchased. Please note that tickets are non-transferable, and can only be refunded for canceled, rescheduled, or postponed events.

Digital tickets are available for immediate download from your live receipt. To download your tickets, right-click on the blue Download button, and select to save the file locally. Once your download has completed, print out your digital tickets to be scanned at the doors at the show. Or be green, and simply pull up your digital ticket on your mobile device to be scanned at the venue. If you have any difficulty with your download, you may find some hints and tips here.
