Will Call tickets

Your receipt will show what type of tickets you have purchased. Please note that tickets are non-transferable, and can only be refunded for canceled, rescheduled, or postponed events.

 

Will call tickets will be available for pick-up at the box office one it opens on the night of the show. Please be sure to bring a copy of your receipt, along with a valid, government issued photo ID to collect your tickets. If you need your receipt resent, please write in to our support team here with the following information so that they can locate your order:

- the email address used to purchase
- the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase
- the first and last name used to purchase

 

Reserved tickets are assigned based on the order purchased. If the tickets were purchased together in a single transaction, they will be seated together. You will find out the exact location of your seats when you pick up your tickets at the will call booth on the day of the event.
