Your order status may have been marked as Acknowledged by the individual or company responsible for fulfilling. This means your shipping address is no longer editable when an order has been Acknowledged.
Fulfillment companies typically mark an order acknowledged for their own internal tracking purposes - so that they don't double fulfill an order. It does not indicate that your order will ship before the expected ship date.
* If your item is a pre-order and the status is marked 'Acknowledged', you'll need to contact the fulfillment company to make any updates to your shipping address.
