When will I get my tickets?

Will-call tickets

Will-call tickets will be available for pick-up at the box office once it opens on the evening of the event. Please be sure to bring the receipt your received at purchase, along with a valid, government issued photo ID to collect your ticket(s). If you need your receipt resent, write in to our support team with your order number here.

Physical tickets

Physical tickets will be mailed to fans no later than 10 days prior to the date of the event. If you have not received your tickets within 72 hours of the show, write in to our support team with your order number here so that we can get you sorted!
