You may notice that your email receipt includes two shipping states:
When you receive an updated email receipt indicating your merchandise has shipped or you view your live receipt, you may notice 'N/A' in the tracking field. Artists using the Topspin platform can elect to ship merchandise themselves or via a fulfillment partner. They may not always ship your merchandise with tracking. If this field is empty, it means that your merchandise was shipped with no tracking.
