Where is my tracking information?

You may notice that your email receipt includes two shipping states:

  • Pending: Your merchandise has not yet shipped
  • Shipped: Your merchandise has shipped (typically on the day you receive your email notification)

When you receive an updated email receipt indicating your merchandise has shipped or you view your live receipt, you may notice 'N/A' in the tracking field. Artists using the Topspin platform can elect to ship merchandise themselves or via a fulfillment partner. They may not always ship your merchandise with tracking. If this field is empty, it means that your merchandise was shipped with no tracking.
