Where is my receipt?

Your email receipt will be sent to the email address specified within 15 minutes of your purchase, but no longer than 30 minutes. The email receipt also includes the ability for you to download the contents of your purchase as well as contains the link to your live receipt (Check Order Status).

Note: If you have not received your email recent and your purchase was successful (you received a purchase confirmation screen in the purchase flow and were able to download your media items), the please log an issue with support and we'll contact you with your email receipt or look further in to the issue.
