Why is my credit card being declined?

The system we have in place with our payment provider is very sensitive to possible fraudulent charges.

If your credit card is declined and your bank has confirmed that there are no issues on their side, then please contact Topspin Fan Support (Submit a Support Request) and be sure to include your phone number as we will need to call you to verify information.
