When you order digital media from Topspin, your files are immediately available for download from your live receipt.

1. Right-click on the blue Download button.

2. Choose to save the file locally.

3. Click Save to download your files to your Download folder.

If the download button on your receipt is grayed out, you have likely purchased a pre-order, which is not yet available for download. If this is the case, your receipt will denote at exactly what date and time your download will be available. At that time, your download button will turn blue, and you will be able to download your media by following the instructions above.
