"Out of Stock" error

Inventory ran out before you completed your purchase

Tickets and merchandise are only reserved upon order completion. Your order is finalized only after you click Complete at the end of checkout and payment has been successfully authorized. If you encounter an Out of Stock error upon checking out, this means at least one of the items selected is out of inventory and no longer available. You will not be charged for your order.

 

Pending authorizations for unsuccessful orders

If you encounter an error at checkout and your purchase is not successful, you may see a "pending authorization" on your statement. Each order attempt results in a payment authorization request, and if your order was not successful, this will be removed within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that clicking the link to checkout multiple times will prompt multiple authorizations, which may show up on your statement. To avoid this, please be sure to click Complete only once when you submit your purchase.

If the "pending authorization" has not been removed from your statement after one business week of your original order attempt, please contact your bank directly, they can lift the charge for the unsuccessful order.
