I can't go to the show anymore. Can I have a refund for my tickets?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and all sales are final

Artists are allotted only a very limited number of tickets to sell directly to their biggest fans. Due to the limited nature of these sales, all ticket purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final. There are no refunds for ticket purchases and all tickets are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.
Please be sure you have selected the correct date before clicking "Complete" to check out at the end of your order.
There is one exception to this policy which allows orders to be refunded for officially canceled or postponed shows. If a show is postponed or canceled and refunds have been approved, fans should receive an email at the address provided at checkout from the artist's ticketing team. This message will include details about how to request a refund as well as the deadline set to do so. All exceptions to our "no refund" policy are subject to approval by the artist's ticketing team.
