Physical tickets ship close to the date of the show
Your receipt will show the type of tickets you purchased. Please note all tickets are non-transferable and will only be refunded for canceled or postponed events.
If you purchased tickets from an artist's pre-sale, expect your tickets to be shipped close to the date of the show and no later than 10 days prior to the event. Tickets are expected to arrive later because they are not always available for shipment at the time of purchase.
The artist's team can only ship tickets once the fan "pre-sale" closes. At that time, the artist's allotment of tickets are processed and sent to Topspin Headquarters. Once received by our ticketing team they are assigned and distributed to fans as early as possible.
You will find the most current status of your order at the bottom of your receipt, along with the expected ship date for your pre-sale tickets. Once tickets are sent for delivery, your shipping status will change from "Pending" to "Shipped" and the order's ship date will be displayed on your receipt.
Please allow 5-10 business days from the posted ship date for tickets to arrive. Shipping times for addresses outside of the United States may vary. Most tickets arrive much sooner but this is the longest it should take for them to arrive.
If you have not received tickets within 72 hours of the show, please contact our support team with your order number here and we will get them to you. You will find a direct link to us on your live receipt.
