Will call tickets are available for pickup on the day of the show
Your receipt will show what type of tickets you have purchased. Please note: all tickets are non-transferable and can only be refunded for canceled or postponed events.
If you have purchased will-call tickets from an artist's pre-sale, your tickets will be held at the venue on the day of the show. Please be sure to bring a copy of your receipt, along with a valid, government-issued photo ID to collect your tickets. Will-call tickets will be held in the name of the ticket holder listed on your receipt.
Tickets are available when the box office opens
Will-call lists are finalized and sent to the venue prior to the date of the show but your tickets may not be ready for collection until the evening of the event. Your tickets will be available for pickup from the box office once it opens the night of the event.
Please contact the venue directly about when the box office opens and the location of ticket pickup. For reference, you purchased tickets from the artist pre-sale, powered by Topspin.
I lost my receipt. Now what?
Uh oh. You must have a receipt to collect tickets. If you need a copy of the receipt, please contact our support team with the following information and we'll get it to you, ASAP.
- the artist you purchased pre-sale tickets from
- the email address used to purchase
- the first and last name used to purchase
- the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase
