Your seat location may vary depending on the type of ticket purchased

Your receipt displays the type of ticket you purchased. Most artist "pre-sale" tickets are either general admission or reserved seating tickets and the type is noted at the time of purchase.

General Admission

General admission tickets are not reserved and fans are free to choose where they would like to watch the show once they arrive at the venue. If it is a "seated" event, seats are available on a first-come, first-serve, basis.

Reserved Seating

Reserved seats are assigned in the order they are purchased. If multiple tickets are purchased in a single transaction, they are seated together. Exact seat locations will be assigned as soon as the pre-sale closes. Once exact seat locations have been determined, you will receive an email from the artist's ticketing team at the email address entered at checkout.
