I want to buy limited edition merchandise or tickets. How are they reserved?

Tickets and merchandise are only reserved upon checkout completion

You must complete your purchase in order for tickets or merchandise to be reserved. Upon completion, within minutes of submitting payment, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. Your credit card will be charged the full amount of your order.

 

You will see a pending authorization on your statement

Please note your card will be authorized for the amount listed upon checkout. You will also see this as a "pending charge" on your credit card statement. Note: If you attempt to checkout multiple times, you will see multiple pending authorizations on your statement.

You will only be charged for successful order(s), and any additional pending charges will be lifted by your bank within 3 to 5 business days. If after 5 business days there are still additional charges for unsuccessful orders, please contact your bank directly for further assistance.


Orders will not be processed once inventory sells out

If the allotment of product or tickets sell out before you complete your purchase, you will see an error on your screen and no email confirmation will be sent to the address provided at checkout. If there are no tickets in stock at the time of your purchase, your order will not process.

Topspin uses a third-party payment processor (Global Collect) that specializes in credit card security. Global Collect immediately voids and cancels all unsuccessful orders, so you will not be charged if your order did not go through. It may take 3 to 5 business days for your bank to lift the pending charge from your statement. 

If the pending charge has not been removed within 1 business week, please contact our Fan Support team here so we can check your order attempt.
