When will I get my tickets?

Will-call tickets

Will-call tickets are held at the box office 1 hour prior to doors opening. Be sure to bring the receipt you received at purchase along with a valid, government issued photo ID to collect ticket(s). If you need your receipt resent, please write our support team with your order number here.

Physical tickets

Physical tickets are mailed to fans no later than 10 days prior to the date of the event. If you have not received tickets within 72 hours of the show, write to our support team with your order number here and we will get them to you.
