"Order Not Open!" error

Products are reserved once checkout is completed


You must fully complete your purchase in order for tickets or merchandise to be reserved. Upon completion, within minutes of submitting payment, you will receive your order confirmation at the email address you provided at checkout. Your credit card will then be charged the full amount of your order.

 

Pending authorization will be removed in 3 to 5 business days


Please note that for each order attempt, your card will be authorized for the amount listed, and you will see this as a "pending charge" on your credit card statement. If the allotment of product or tickets sell out before you're able to complete your purchase, you will see an error on your screen and no email confirmation will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. All unsuccessful orders are automatically void and canceled by our credit card processor (Global Collect), and you will not be charged.

Sometimes it can take 3 to 5 business days for your bank to clear the "pending charge" from your statement.

If your order was unsuccessful and you didn't receive an email confirmation, but the pending charge is not removed within one business week, please contact our Fan Support team here with the following information so we can look up your order:

- the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase

- the first and last name used to purchase

- the email address used to purchase
