Your email receipt includes one of two shipping statuses:
- Pending: Your merchandise has not yet shipped
- Shipped: Your merchandise has shipped (typically, on the day you receive the email notification)
When you receive an updated email receipt indicating your merchandise has shipped or you view your live receipt, you may notice 'N/A' in the tracking field. Artists using the Topspin platform can elect to ship merchandise themselves or via a fulfillment partner. They may not always ship your merchandise with tracking (particularly for international orders). If this field is empty, it means that your merchandise was shipped without tracking.
