"Cart session expired... " error message

If you've attempted a purchase and receive the error: "Your cart session has expired and cannot be found.", please confirm you have Cookies enabled:


  1. Open Preferences
  2. Select Security in the navigation bar
  3. Select Always except cookies


  1. Open Preferences
  2. Select Privacy from the navigation bar
  3. Make sure either Remember History is selected or if you're using custom settings (Use custom settings for history) that you have both Accept Cookies from sites as well as Accept third-party cookies enabled

Internet Explorer

  1. In the toolbar, Select Tools  and then select Internet Options
  2. Select the Privacy tab
  3. Make sure that Block All Cookies is not the setting for the Internet Zone. If using advanced privacy settings, ensure that both first and third party cookies are enabled
