I've received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?

First, please check your receipt to see if it says "This product is fulfilled by Topspin Fulfillment". If not, follow the fulfillment link provided on your receipt to contact the fulfiller of your order, as unfortunately we are unable to help with this. 

If your order is fulfilled by Topspin Fulfillment, please submit a support ticket over at https://app.topspin.net/account/help_public and we will get back to you within 24 hours (and usually much sooner) to facilitate a resolution.
