What if my tickets haven't arrived 72 hours prior to the show?

If your tickets don't arrive, we can set you up with reprints

Your physical tickets will be sent no later than 10 days prior to the show. If for any reason you have not received your tickets within 72 hours of the event, please let us know and we will set you up with reprints held, in your name, at the box office on the day of the show.

You can pick up reprints by bringing a copy of your receipt, along with a valid, government-issued, photo ID. Please be sure to let our team know at least 1 business day before the show if your tickets have not arrived and we can make sure reprints are arranged.

Let's get you sorted before the weekend

If you are going to a Sunday show and have not received your tickets in the week leading up to the show, you must let us know by Friday, at the latest. This way, we can contact the box office prior to the weekend.
